It is important that your lips are healthy and hydrated for your treatment. Chapped and flakey lips will not hold pigment well.

Prepare your lips throughout the week before your appointment by using lip scrubs to get rid of any dead skin. Apply balm/vaseline consistently to saturate the lips and drink plenty of water.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine 48 hours before your appointment. They both contribute to excess swelling and bleeding which have a negative impact on pigment absorption.

Do not consume Ibuprofen or Aspirin 48 hours prior to your treatment.

If you are prone to cold sores you MUST let your technician know prior to booking.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine 48 hours before your appointment. They both contribute to excess swelling and bleeding which have a negative impact on pigment absorption.

Do not consume Ibuprofen or Aspirin 48 hours prior to your treatment.

Avoid sun bed within 1 week of your treatment.

Avoid intensive facials for at least 2 weeks prior to this treatment.

Before making any bookings please ensure you have read through all the terms and conditions below.

  • All SPMU treatments require you to be 18+
  • Do not book if pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Do not book if you have had filler within the last 4 weeks
  • If you are on any medication please contact me before booking

If you do not have naturally pink lips it is likely that your lips will need Neutralising before a desired colour can be achieved. Dark Lip Neutralisation is a treatment to cancel out ‘Cool tones’ in the lips.

If you have any previous SPMU, you must send me a picture before booking to confirm I am happy to work over what you may still have. If you fail to do so, you may be turned away from your appointment and your deposit will be kept.

TOP UP APPOINTMENTS are a separate treatment and will need to be booked separately 6-8 weeks after initial appointment.

You will receive a skin patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to let me know if you do not receive one.

  • There is a late fee charge of £10 for 15 minutes. Lateness over 30 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and booking fee voided. Please respect my time that I have allocated to you and leave enough time for your travels.
  • Any changes or cancellations to your appointment must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior. Appointments can be rescheduled once and must be within 1 month from original appointment.
  • Failure to provide 24 hours notice of change of booking time/date or not showing up to your appointment will result in the full treatment cost debited from the debit/credit card used to book your appointment.
